Q: How should I wash my Rooted NV gear? A: To keep your prints looking fresh, we recommend washing apparel inside out with cold water and tumble drying on low.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return window for all items. We want you to be happy with your gear, but we do have a few conditions to ensure quality for everyone:

Decals: Must be returned with the backing completely intact. If the backing is removed, we cannot accept the return.

Apparel: Must be returned with no signs of damage or wear.
Q: How do I start a return? A: Please contact us to initiate the process. Once approved, returns can be sent to our address once approved.
Shipping & Local Info
Q: Do you offer local pickup in Carson City? At the moment I'm just getting started so I don't have a local inventory. As I expand and come out with more custom designs feel free to check back.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: orders are processed within 1-2mdays and are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Some items make take a couple days longer. I apologize, but as I expand my brand shipping and delivery will speed up.
